Pregnancy Troubles and Update

 First I would like to say thank you to all of the people that have still been giving me some traffic on this blog although I haven't been very consistent this last month. 

Honestly, this pregnancy has not been the best for me. Even this morning I am already worn out and my body feels like it can't handle much. I just feel really lightheaded and extremely tired and I'm not sure exactly why I'm feeling this way. The doctor has told me that it's due to my low blood pressure and although he's a doctor I don't really believe that to be true because my blood pressure has always been low. I've also never had to deal with this before during any pregnancy so I'm not really sure how to handle it especially now with still having to take care of two small children. To be honest, I'm not really sure how some women do this so many times but I know that this one is it for me. 

No more after this! The papers to get my tubes tied have already been signed and even though I'm a little afraid because it is a surgery, this is something that I really want. So, I am now about 34 weeks pregnant and I'm hoping that I can just give birth sooner rather than later. I have been so jealous of everyone in my mommy group that has given birth already. Besides the pain that I've been going through, baby Solena just feels like she has run out of space and I'm just so ready to not be pregnant anymore and to be able to hold her in my arms.

Aside from this pregnancy I am very excited to say that I am finally able to start my makeup, nail, and hair journey. I have been able to purchase a nail kit and some makeup to actually do almost a full face. I was also able to purchase a ring light so that I can obviously have better lighting during the videos. These videos will of course be posted on YouTube at De'Jonae Jones - YouTube. The videos that will be posted will mostly be of my journey with makeup and nails (acrylic and gel). I will also be cutting my hair soon and I will be recording that as well. This way my hair journey will be documented as well. It will really be everything in one as I rediscover myself and try things that I have honestly always been interested in.

    Hang in there, I think it's a good idea that you're focusing on your craft and what you love while your pregnant and this will give you something to do after you give birth. I pray you have a safe delivery and much blessings to your blog and YouTube channel

    Oh hang in there mama! Pregnancy is definitely hard. It’s good you are focusing on other things to keep you occupied though! You’re so close!

An Old but New New Year

 Unfortunately, this New Year's Eve was a lot different than normal because of Covid-19. I usually spend New Year's Eve with my boyfriend's family which is what we did again this year. Of course not as many people came over so it was a smaller crowd but we still did all of the things that we would normally do. Honestly, all that means for the most part is spending time with each other and having fun. We do have two main traditions. The first of course being counting down into the New Year. The second is after the countdown and clinking glasses we make a circle, go around to each person and say what we are thankful for from the last year going into the new. Getting to Know Me

 Hello everyone! My name is De'Jonae but you can call me Daisy. I am a 26 year old mother with two children ages 1 and 3 with one more on the way. Honestly, I have always wanted to start a blog so that I can share my experiences as a mother with other mothers as a form of encouragement. Parenting is one of the hardest jobs and it's great for parents to know that they are doing an amazing job and are just doing the best that they can.  Aside from parenting, other topics that I now want to write about is makeup/beauty, hair, food, and anything else that I am learning about, experiencing, or having a new journey with. I believe that in life we should have fun and should always be trying new things. Hopefully this helps someone or possibly everyone that has interest in my journey through life.
